Tengumai Ginkouburi is a daiginjo using Yamada Nishiki polished to 35% from Shata Shuzo in Ishikawa. The name evokes the graceful crown of the ginkgo tree; this high-polish daiginjo expresses fruit-forward aromatic character shaped by the soft Hakusan mountain water that defines Tengumai's signature style.

Tengu's sake is made in Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture, with the underground water of the sacred peak Hakusan and the high quality rice built in the Kaga Plain.
