From the brewery
As a liquor store, Hanabusu Uemon, around 2 years of Bunsei, is the first generation. After the Meiji Restoration, the seventh generation Hanabo Hanabushi (Hokichi) began to concentrate on the sake brewing industry since the era of the owner, and in 1891 (Meiji 28), the Hanabusa family brewed 1,577 stones with the number of nationwide liquor manufacturing stones. It will develop into a "Sengoku liquor store" and will be called "Hanabusa Honke Sake Brewery".
Transferred from Hanabusa Honke Sake Brewery to Muromachi Sake Brewery Co., Ltd.
