這是一款近年來以自家農地與菊池川之水為基礎,透過自然栽培奇蹟般復活的稀有佳釀。散發著香蕉與松樹般華麗的香氣,蘊含著這片土地獨有的氣息以及酵母等微生物的細膩層次,是獨一無二的存在。穗增(Homase)是近年復活的熊本東部傳統稻米品種,1830年於江戶時代的肥後國(今熊本縣)播種,主要在以熊本為中心的九州地區栽培。江戶末期,曾在大阪堂島米穀交易所多次創下"天下第一米"的最高價格紀錄。2017年,熊本縣的農戶從僅剩的40粒種子中成功實現復活栽培。
