Tsukinoi Junmai Ginjo is the core junmai ginjo offering from KK Tsukinoishuzouten in Ibaraki, brewed with rice polished to 60% or below using only rice, water, and koji. Ibaraki's water and the brewery's controlled low-temperature fermentation contribute to a well-rounded sake with clean floral and fruit-forward aromas and a smooth, dry finish.
