以最高級酒米「山田錦」精磨至精米步合40%,經長期低溫發酵精心釀製而成。於嚴冬時節入酒,採用「袋吊」手法,將懸掛酒袋中自然滴落的酒液一滴一滴匯入大瓶。口感細膩複雜,口中散開的旨味與令人聯想到果實的馥郁香氣為其特色。
