Nama (unpasteurized) honjozo made from Bicchu Akebono rice at 70% polish, bottled fresh to retain the lively character of the newly pressed sake. This Kurashiki, Okayama brewery founded in 1909 presses with a wooden fune in the traditional Bitchu manner, resulting in a soft, clean sake with the freshness of a seasonal nama release.
