Yamada Nishiki and Tama Sakae at 50% polish form the base of this Tenkuunotaka junmai ginjo from Tottori's Kotourachō. Smooth and lightly fragrant, it follows the brewery's dry Sanin tradition while expressing the integrated balance of aroma and flavor that the nakadare middle-run extraction technique is designed to achieve.
