Junmai Ginjo from Sugihara Shuzo in Gifu, produced at an extremely small annual volume through entirely hand-crafted brewing. The Suginoi label is known for low-temperature slow fermentation that draws out the fruity, dense character of the brewery's proprietary Ibi no Homare rice.
