Pressed and bottled as muroka (uncharcoal-filtered) namazake without any pasteurization, this junmai shiboritate from Seigyoku in Tokushima showcases raw, unmodified character straight from pressing. The muroka process retains natural color and the full aromatic profile of the freshly pressed sake.
