Sanshoraku genshu honjozo from Sanshoraku Shuzo in Gokayama, Toyama, bottled undiluted to preserve its concentrated body and warmth. The brewery's full-bodied dry style was shaped by the demands of the Gokayama mountain climate and its strongly flavored local foods.
