Unfiltered, unpasteurized junmai genshu from Yatiyosyuzo in Hagi, Yamaguchi Prefecture, polished to 70% and bottled without filtration or dilution. The muroka nama genshu style preserves the raw, concentrated rice flavors and the fresh, vibrant character of the sake at pressing.
