石川縣
1583年，創始人「紙屋內治右衛門」應加賀百萬石藩主前田利家之命，專門為藩主釀造御用清酒，由此開創了八千代酒造與清酒釀造的歷史。酒藏隨後從尾張國遷居至此，世代相傳至今。
