Sakaya Hachibei Junmai Murokanamagenshu is an unfiltered, undiluted fresh-pressed junmai from Motosaka Shuzo in Odai Town, Mie, deep in the Kitayama River valley. Named for a historic sake merchant Hachibei, the brewery uses the region's pure mountain water and yamahai fermentation expertise to produce this vivid, assertive nama genshu.
