奧之松 全米吟釀

Okunomatsu Zenmaiginjo takes its name from the brewery's signature concept of crafting ginjo-grade sake from entirely rice-based ingredients, with the koji-derived rice substituting for conventional brewers' alcohol. Produced in Nihonmatsu, Fukushima, with Adatara Mountain springwater, it targets a clean, dry profile with a gentle ginjo character.
