創立於大正12年(1923年),位於備前米的主要產區,使用優質酒米釀造風味醇厚的清酒。釀酒職人夏季務農種米、冬季入倉釀酒,酒造主人親自參與釀造,全體人員以一期一會的精神全力投入高品質釀造。酒名「桃之里」源於1955年昭和天皇巡幸此地時,為紀念本書創立35周年而育種栽培之典故。
