Mobairuseishu Hatsuzakura is a junmai made with Ishikawamon rice polished to 65%, brewed by Sakurada Sake Brewery in Suzu, the northernmost tip of the Noto Peninsula. The brewery produces exclusively honjozo and junmai styles, and this release is positioned as a travel-friendly sake with a neutral, balanced flavor that suits both warm and chilled serving.
