Description

Kure Sakaguranoumeshu is a plum liqueur from Nishioka Shuzoten in Kochi Prefecture, produced in the kura's cellar using the brewery's sake as a base. Kochi's mild Pacific climate favors excellent ume plum cultivation, giving this cellars-made umeshu its vibrant acidity.
