Daiginjo made from Yamada Nishiki polished to 38%, bottled under the Kin no Kura (Golden Cellar) label at Eau de Vie Shonai. Fruity aromatics and a mellow, refined palate are characteristic of this highly polished expression produced through entirely hand-crafted brewing in Sakata, Yamagata.
