Kinuotome Honjozo is a honjozo-grade sake from Kinshihai Shuzo in Niigata, brewed with a modest addition of brewer's alcohol to sharpen the aroma and lighten the body. The Kinuotome brand name evokes a silken, graceful femininity consistent with Niigata's aesthetic of elegant, restrained sake. The honjozo brewing method contributes a clean, slightly dry finish.
