Gold leaf is suspended in this junmai ginjo from Okamura Honke, adding visual celebration to a sake brewed to the brewery's standard of all-local Omi rice and wooden-tank bag-pressing. Kinkame, the brewery's flagship brand, takes its name from the golden-tortoise nickname of Hikone Castle.
