A Ginjo genshu (undiluted) from Kitamura Jozo in Hiroshima under the Kikubummei label, designated as chokutaisen (extra special selection) and bottled at cask strength. Hiroshima is celebrated for its soft-water brewing that enables deeply smooth, round ginjo flavors, and the undiluted bottling adds concentration and intensity.
