A junmai ginjo from Kondou Shuzo in Niigata Prefecture, released under the Karoku label written in Roman letters. Niigata is one of Japan's most celebrated sake regions, renowned for its tanrei karakuchi style, combining elegance with dry, clean flavors. Kondou Shuzo draws on the prefecture's cold winters and pure snowmelt water.
