純米吟釀 大雪乃藏 生貯藏酒

🍶
Description

Junmai Ginjo Daisetsu no Kura Namachozoshu uses Hokkaido-grown sake rice in a fresh-preserved junmai ginjo from Godo Shusei in Asahikawa. The Daisetsuzan mountain range's snowmelt water, one of Japan's most pristine alpine water sources, and Hokkaido's cold brewing climate produce a clean, delicate ginjo with the mineral clarity of Japan's northernmost alpine terroir.
