Honjozo Daisetsu no Kura Namachozoshu is a fresh-preserved honjozo from Godo Shusei in Asahikawa, Hokkaido, named for the Daisetsuzan mountain range whose snowmelt water defines the brewery's character. Hokkaido rice and the crystal-clear snowmelt of Japan's largest national park system produce a clean, lively honjozo preserved fresh until bottling.
