A nama (unpasteurized) version of the Yukimukae Kikko, brewed with Kame-no-o rice. The absence of heat treatment preserves the fresh, vibrant character of this junmai daiginjo, making it a seasonal limited release from Taruhei Syuzo's Yamagata brewery.
