Description
Momotaro Tosa Uchushu is a Junmai Daiginjo made with Gin no Yume rice and a yeast strain sent to the International Space Station in 2005 as part of Japan's Tosa Space Sake project. Fumimoto Shuzo in Shimanto Town, Kochi, revived this extraordinary brewing program in 2022 as a tribute to the region's scientific ambition.
