Description

Harada Junmai Daiginjo Muroka Nama Genshu is brewed by Hatsumomiji (formerly Sumikawa Shuzo) in Yamaguchi Prefecture using Yamadanishiki rice polished to 50%. Bottled unfiltered and unpasteurized as a genshu, it delivers rich fruity ginjo aromas alongside vibrant acidity and a full-bodied rice sweetness that showcases the brewery's revival after a 20-year hiatus.
