新潟縣
鮎正宗酒造創立於1875年,以酒窖中每小時湧出6噸的天然泉水釀酒,其創業之初便是因初代飯塚彥左衞門發現這一取之不盡的優質泉水而起步。酒名「鮎正宗」源自昭和年間,從京都伏見豐秀若宮來訪、在以著名遊樂場聞名的妙高高原町赤倉停留時,在此垂釣時所賜予的名稱。
