It is Kimoto Junmai Ginjo Sake brewed to commemorate the 150th anniversary of its founding. It's been over a ten years since I started the natural structure (kimoto structure), but I've finished it with a soft taste. It is a soft drinking mouth, and features a scrutiny and a wide taste.
