Description
Tokubetsu honjozo brewed with Yamada Nishiki from Kamofuku Shuzo in Shimane's Iwami region, a mountainous inland area bordering Tottori. The brewery produces under the Iwami Kanzan label, drawing on local water sources characteristic of the San-in district.
