寬政5年(1793年)創業的小泉酒造以鹿野山山系的清泉釀製的本釀造。由酒莊主人親自擔任杜氏,在全國新酒評鑑會上累計榮獲21次金獎的酒莊精心釀造,化為與日常餐桌相伴的美味。
