Honjozo Nama Sembazuru is an unpasteurized honjozo from Sato Shuzo in Oita, using Gohyakumangoku and Akigeshiki polished to 65%. The namazake bottling preserves the fresh, vivid aromatics of just-pressed Kyushu honjozo.
