創立於1896年(明治29年),世代由出雲杜氏手工釀造日本酒。1990年,酒造成為全國出雲地區唯一一家復興出雲地方酒的釀造廠,時隔50年重新復活了出雲地酒,成為以松江為中心的當地飲食文化的一部分。「豊乃秋」之名寓意五穀豐登、稻米與美酒皆收穫豐盈,酒造以「圓潤舒適」為座右銘,堅持以島根縣產原料和傳統手工木器技藝,追求兼具精神與手工的釀酒之道。
