這是一款精米步合70%的本釀造經過冷卸處理的酒。所謂冷卸,是指早春時節將酒過濾儲存,在酒窖中自然熟成,使酒質變得圓潤柔和的釀造方式。因在初秋天氣稍轉涼爽時出貨,故稱為「冷卸」。經過熟成的圓潤柔和風味令人回味無窮。
