Description

I use G -yeast from Gifu Prefecture, which has a faint scent. It is a liquor that features such a light touch that is soft everywhere, has a fluffy sweetness, and disappears even if there is a lingering sound. By adding a special manufacturing method, the work of yeast is more activated, a more subtle fragrant, mellow and gentle mouthfeel, and you can drink deliciously with dishes, and carry it to another mouth. It's finished with alcohol. Please compare the drink with the special pure rice Hibiki of the yeast.
