這款本釀造"鶯"使用精米步合65%的米,由江戶後期便傳承至今的長野縣佐久市酒藏釀造而成。海拔約700公尺的佐久盆地氣候極為寒冷,擁有清冽的水源,是形成該酒藏所有酒款緩慢發酵特徵的理想環境。
