Harushika Junmai Daiginjo Genshu Kegon from KK Imanishiseibeisyouten in Nara is an undiluted daiginjo sake bottled at full fermentation strength without the addition of water. Named after the Kegon waterfall in Nikko, this genshu expression carries a fuller body and more concentrated flavor compared to diluted daiginjo, with the higher alcohol amplifying its aromatic presence.
