Description

Junmai sake brewed by polishing 70 % of Yamada Nishiki in the Tojo special A district of Hyogo Prefecture. There are two types of rice: "complete contract cultivation", "full contract cultivation" ... non -cherries, no chemical fertilizer, and "Yamada Nishiki Kyosai" ... Removal herbicide and reduced chemical fertilizer.
