「誘惑的復古拼配」。酒藏深處,111號儲藏罐。由山田錦與美山錦釀成的這款酒,在長達12年的歲月裡紋絲未動,將米本來的旨味緩緩熟成。恍若淡淡的金色溶解其中,光芒之下的色調無限透明。倒入杯中時發出輕微的嘎吱聲,是一款富有藝術感的拼配佳釀。側耳傾聽,隱約可聞心跳的聲音。開封時,心跳愈發強烈,迷霧漸散,緩緩甦醒。黑暗中,蘭花的芬芳誘惑並撫慰著品飲者。入口後,當年的風味、酸味的深邃以及熟成帶來的辛辣相互交織。與肉類或魚類的搭配或許不太相宜,但與巧克力、乾果、堅果相配,則將展開全新的風景。從常溫15°C升至20°C時,發泡感愈發明顯。
