了解
酒藏創立於明治十八年，位於九州大分縣南部的美食之城佐伯市。平成元年由新一代傳承經營，酒藏從佐伯市船後町遷至上浦，距離海岸約400米，採用附近明海赤岩瀑布的地下水釀造。秉持「香氣馥郁、風味絕佳的佐餐酒」理念，不過濾、不加酒精，以滿腔熱忱與深情釀製每一瓶酒。

沿革
- 1885Founded in 1885 (Meiji 18) in Saiki, Oita. The brewery's sake was long favored as the official sake of the Mori clan who governed the Saeki domain.
- 2019In 2019 (Reiwa 1), Kei Ikeda took over the business as the sixth-generation brewery owner and relocated the brewery from Sendocho, Saiki to Kamiura.
- 2020From 2020 (Reiwa 2), sake production began at the new brewery (Kamiura brewing facility).
