獅子の里由松浦酒造在石川縣山中溫泉地區釀造，汲取藥師岳山腳下的軟水。系列全部採用純米風格，使用傳統起泡酵母與最低限度吸水量釀造，酒造的使命是「成為餐桌上的最佳伴侶」，以清淡的香氣與鮮活的酸度開胃助興，而非壓蓋食物的味道。
