大關的美國篇章始於1979年，在加利福尼亞州霍利斯特建立了美國第一家在本土生產日本清酒的釀造廠，選址原因是當地高品質的本地大米和來自內華達山脈的清澈水源。母公司的歷史可追溯至1711年，當時坂屋長兵衛在兵庫縣灘區創立了萬兩，1884年品牌更名為大關，以致敬相撲中第二高級別。

Oct 18, 2024酒色清澈透明，辛口且口感順滑。香氣不算強烈，沒有特別的個性。雖然偶爾能感受到一點酒精感，可能會有不同評價，但個人覺得它不會妨礙用餐，很容易一直喝下去。我會把它定位為百搭任何料理的一款酒。
