Kimmonsekaitaka

Koyamahonke Shuzo traces its founding to 1808, when Matabee Koyamaya, having mastered brewing in Nada and Fushimi, discovered a quality water source in Sashiougi, present-day Nishi-ku, Saitama, and established the brewery. The company draws natural water from 180 meters underground via the Arakawa River aquifer fed by the Chichibu Mountains, and operates one of Japan's largest modern brewing facilities, with over 170 storage tanks and state-of-the-art bottling and blending lines. Kimmonsekaitaka is one of several brands in the brewery's portfolio, representing its tradition of producing sake for a broad domestic audience.
