Hakukoma Shuzo was founded in 1697 in Minamiechizen Town, Fukui Prefecture, giving it over three centuries of unbroken brewing history in the Hokuriku region. The brewery produces sake under the Hakukoma label, carrying forward the traditions of this mountain-adjacent brewing culture along the historic routes of Fukui.
