Hakukoma Chudai Namachozoshu is a cold-stored unpasteurized Junmai Daiginjo from Hakukoma Shuzo in Imanosho, Fukui, bridging the premium daiginjo category with the freshness of nama (unpasteurized) storage. Situated in Minamiechizen Town, the brewery produces sake reflecting Fukui's cool climate and clean Hokuriku water, qualities historically valued along the ancient Hokuriku road. The namachozoshu process ensures the sake reaches the drinker with a lively, fresh character while maintaining the refined qualities of daiginjo polishing.
