Este satsukikokoro junmai daiginjo muroka genshu utiliza arroz polido a 40%, aproveitando o amido de alta qualidade presente no shinpaku, núcleo central do grão. O processo de envelhecimento resulta em sabor rico, suave e gentil de arroz, com sensação bucal limpa e refinada. Recomenda-se servi-lo gelado, a cerca de 8°C, ou aquecido a aproximadamente 43°C.
