Junmai ginjo elaborado com arroz Omachi polido a 50%, submetido ao tratamento binkan kyurei (pasteurização em garrafa com resfriamento rápido) para preservar a frescura antes de uma longa maturação a frio. Vencedor do Prêmio Ouro em uma competição de sake em 2019, apresenta acidez harmoniosa e o volume característico do Omachi.
