Floral and fruit driven, this junmai daiginjo shows notes of melon, pear, and ripe fruit balanced by a subtle earthiness and smooth umami, with hints of green apple and white flower blossom underneath. Bottled as genshu without dilution, it carries a fuller body that dries out with faint saltiness and mineral character through the finish. Made from Yamadanishiki rice milled to 38 percent, this luxury bottling comes from Hyogo.
