Description

Named after the mountain that towers over Hirata Village in Fukushima, this junmai is brewed using Chiyo Nishiki rice polished to 60%, pressed unfiltered as a nama genshu at 17% alcohol. Fruit-forward aromas are layered with a confectionery sweetness, while the high-alcohol content is carried smoothly by the sake's rounded body and balanced acidity.
