Brewed from Chiyo Nishiki rice grown in the Abukuma highland village where the brewery has operated since 1751, using a naturally flowing spring located 200 meters into the surrounding mountain forest. The brewery commits to all-funeshibori barrel pressing for its full range, reflecting the artisan approach that underpins this everyday-tier release.
